I have a 4 inch superlift suspension lift in my truck. This includes the nylon coil spring spacers in the front. The spacers are cracked so they are kind of falling out. I was wondering if i should use washers to make myself new spacers, try to fix what i have, or man up and order some Skyjacker 6 inch lift springs?

new springs would flex better, but washers are way cheaper. Go to a local bolt house (fastenal is more expensive because all they carry is zinc plated) and get some 1 1/4" washers, they have a 1 3/8" center hole and are perfect for the job. I ordered mine through my work and the washers were like $.50 each or less because they were plain steel, fastenal's plated washers were like $2.50 each

I have the washers to do it. I just want to make sure its not going to be any problem metal on metal. And the only thing i should need is coil spring compressors?

No problems with metal spacers. Been using the same set for the last 8-9 years.

No spring compressor needed.

Im having trouble getting a wrench on the nuts. Any better way to get em off?

Let the suspension droop all the way (shock/swaybar disconnected) and you should be able to slip a box-end wrench in through the coil windings onto the nut.

other option is the appropriate assortment of extensions and a 1 1/8" deep socket with the weight on the tire going through the coil with a ratchet at the top of the spring seat

^^ This is the method I use.
