Junkyard 16 inch rims?

Anyone know what Year(s)/Make/Model(s) of a rim, that came in 16", will fit on my truck? I have a list of all the vehicles that came with 5-4.5, but I need to know which ones came with 16" rims. So if you've pulled some rims from somewhere in that size let me know, or even if you know what vehicles came with 16" rims, let me know. Any information helps. I don't want to be making stabs in the dark on this one. Probably stuff older than 2000 will be easiest/cheapest to find. Otherwise I'd pick up some new Ranger rims.

I'll keep that in mind. Plus, Jeep rims should have a decent amount of backspacing.

Mustangs are probably out then. Have yet to see a newer body styled mustang at the yard.

try lincoln town cars, mitsuiishi eclipse, ford probes cherokees wranglers...

I just tried a set of 2005 Mercury Mountaineer 16s and they have Way to much backspace, the later model explorers I looked at were the same, luckily I was able to sell the wheels for what I paid for em

They were radically changed in 2002, 2001 and older should be the same as what came on a Ranger.

I'm told that the following are supposedly all the same:

1998-2002 Crown Vic / Grand Marquis / Town Car
1998-2004 Explorer / Mountaineer
2001-2003 Sport Trac
2004-2007 Rangers?

16x7 wheel, 5x4.5, ~$57 apiece new. Not too shabby. Or even better if you can find a set in a yard.
