I took my jump seats out of my truck. I didnt like them. Is there anything I could use to cover the holes they left behind? Like carpet, plastic trim from a Ranger without jump seats or what have you. Thanks

with some time and a lil skill you could make some fiberglass filler pieces and cover them with carpet......Im in the Gastonia area of NC so not far from you...PM me and i may can help ya out.

i kept mine in and sttill stored stuff in there fom what i remember it was a 26er some tow straps spare shoes tools etc... maybe make a shelf type deal and a door?

I think I'm gonna pull the back off and possibly the bottom cushion off, at least on one. Maybe take the handles off too

Anybody want these jump seats ? I am going ot toss them .

Awesome~

I want...but is that stuff fracture resistant? I'd be curious to know what happens to it if, say, someone T-bones your door...does it shatter and produce shards?

I dumped mine too...and mine were like new for a Gen I...but the weight loss was noticeable...

Try selling on Craigs or somewhere like that...they are probably worth a few bucks to someone...

just go with a jumpseat cover like they have in te XL version ranger. I have the covers in mine, but no seats from the factory.

it is almost like rubber. you can roll a 4'x8' sheet of .050 up into a roll that's about 6" in diameter, i cut it with a strong pair of scissors (i broke weaker scissors) and sore hands after words. i am not at all worried about shards

Thanks, good to know...it actually looks like fiber board from the pic, so worth asking before I try to find some in Canada...
