After that he wanted to do a prerunner
So he pulled his bedsides out a bit

Then we took the body lift off and then his fenders came in.

Then we started on his bumper and new xlt grille

All work done by jesse93 with some help from me and a couple friends. But jesse93 diserves all the credit. :icon_thumby:

its a 93 stx 4x4 with 117,000 miles. it has a 4.5in lift, will be doing the cut and turn mod from dave, custom radius arms are in the making. plans for suspension are king coils in front and smoothies both with resi in rear with 64in leafs. bed cage is mocked up till i get my shocks

i know i will probaly get crap for building a 4x4 "prerunner" but i live in florida and theres no were to run it but rancho..and i NEED 4x4 for rancho.

the interior is way to clean to change but i may do some race style seats that match the tan. as far as the motor, im going a intake with custom alum box,the side exhaust and maybe headers...but would love a supercharger or 351w swap..:)

thank you for looking

Clean and simple, I like it!

Looks good! Love the pre look and thnk a pre 4x4 is cool especially for those like us that aren't in the West coast / dessert world. Would like to know more about your front suspension setup. Have an 89 that my 15 yo son and I are working on in the same direction.

as of right now its just a bracket drop..4in with a coil spacer..but i will post all pics when i get the coilovers, i have all the steel waiting for the engine cage and front shock mounting.

i have some ideas floating around about doing the d44 swap from a f150, then building the the beams from daves kit, only reason bc i want the wide front end with out buying 500.00 axles if i extened the d35 beams. i can get all the stuff from the local junk yard for really cheap..but idk yet..time will tell

started working on my light bar for the roof(like some baja trucks have)its all mocked up,i keep putting off drilling holes in my perfect roof..lol

Man i need to find some money to renew my tag so i can come and finish my bumpers. Im getting hounded by dad that they are flimsy lookin, lol

Looking good I like it. Im sure there's not a whole lot of desert style rangers out that way.
