I have a 99 3.0 ff ranger Just recently it started to jerk back and forth while I accelerated.and when i get to speed but if i let off the accelerator it stops I have no clue of what to do ?:icon_confused::headbang:

Loss of fuel maybe, is it an auto or manual tranny? You need to give some details though, its hard to diagnose things without more info.

Plugs and wires might be in order.

How many miles are on your truck? I just had the exact same problem with my 02 ranger. It was the camshaft syncro. Look into that, and consider replacing it.
