I'm not an expert on Jeeps although I'm getting better since I got one for my daughter. If a Jeep MOAB is a 2007 or new Wrangler model then no, they won't fit. 97-06 Jeep wheels have the same bolt pattern as a Ranger but more positive offset, i.e. the tire and wheel will sit closer to the body. Depending on the tire size, it may or may not rub.
I know the earlier 2000's still have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern like the Ranger. The MOABS from those years have 16x8's in the right bolt pattern. That wheel has 5" of backspacing compared to my 4.5". Just wondering how well that would fit.
It will look a little silly and the tires will probably rub on the inside unless you use spacers.
At least in my state spacers won't pass the annual vehicle inspection.
