jeep for ranger trade?

ok so I'm bored of my tj and and i would like a pick up, so i was going to put a ad wanting to trade my 98 tj SE with a new 6" rough country lift and 32 " At's on Rubicon rims and 31" At's with stock steel wheels , front and rear hd bumpers and a newer 10000lbs winch, new light bar with 5 lights , DVD deck and mtx sub with amp, efan up grade, all new U joints and seals ,it has 350000km but engine and tranny have been changed buy the person be for the person be for i owned it. the guy be for me lost the recite after i seen it, but couldn't find it when i went to buy the jeep , but the compression is prefect and the motor and tranny have about 150000km on them, new paint and ball joints and wheel bearings and newer tirod ends ,

and what i would be looking for is a 98 or newer ranger or Mazda b4000 standard under 200000km and just stock with a off road or level 2 or..will as long as it has 4;10 gears and a 4L and is not auto and for the body just no holes or rot. so how doese this sound to ranger owners like you guys lol
