:icon_cheers::icon_confused:have a 1989 ranger wanting to change to solid front axle ,the axle is for leaf springs ,can convert to coil springs?how to run radius arms ?NEED HELP!!!

Anything can be done but it depends on your level of fab. skills. There will be other guys on hee soon to help you out. I havent heard of somebody putting a Jeep D44 under their truck, but the idea has crossed my mind, I was just waiting for somebody to ask about it. If you are going to do the swap be sure to make a build thread and show us how you do it.

Depending which Jeep model it came out of, the pumpkin might be on the wrong side. Just sayin'.....

he said its setup for leafs... that leaves probably either a wagoneer or a J truck.

axle wedges

found axle wedges for radius arms on james duff the axle housing is out of a j 10 pumpkin is on drivers side

I am making a mount similar to Ballistic Fab's radius arm mount, which is two pieces of flat plate that are parallel to each other, weld to the axle tube, then you attach your arms to that at opposite sides of the plate, one lower and one upper...then after you set your axle under your rig and adjust for height, then you can set your coil bucket mounts
