Looking for some help. My brother has a 92 Cherokee, 4wd, manual, d30 front and d35 rear axles. His jeep has 3 in lift and front adjustable track bar, he has a clunk in the front end when put into and driven in 4wd, both low and hi.
The clunk does not increase with engine rpms, but increases with vehicle speed. The truck does not make the noise when the front drive shaft is removed.
He has replaced
both front axle shaft u-joints
both rear drive shaft
front front drive shaft u-joint
ball joints withing 20k miles
Driver side Unit Bearing
Any input is will be greatly appreciated.
