I'm lookin at putting a 3-4" lift on my '87 B2. So which one should I go with? Pros and cons for each of them? Any tips or tricks for them, or general Info?

Also, right now my B2 is stock, I plan on switching in a Dana 35 and Ford 8.8, Are these kits interchangeable from the D28 and 7.5 to the D35 and 8.8? Should I wait to lift until after I get my new axles in? Or should I wait till I get the axles and swap the axles and do the lift at the same time? I dont know? Thoughts? Advice?

The lifts are interchangeable no matter the axles you have in there. You could wait until everything is built and ready to go in you want to save yourself some work, if you're not too anxious to get out and go wheeling.

If you only want 3" of lift, go with the Duff kit. If you want the ability to expand from 3-4" to 6", then go with the Skyjacker.

I personally have a funktified kit on mine; Skyjacker brackets, Skyjacker coils, Superlift radius arms, and Superlift steering.

I definitely wouldn't buy a new kit. There are plenty of kits available used and then you can put the money else where.

The lift kits are interchangeable from the Dana 28 to the Dana 35; same way for the rear. I didn't install my Dana 35 when I first lifted my BII because I had a wheeling trip to be ready for. I would recommend doing it all at once so it is less work.

I'm not a fan of the superlift brackets. They are fairly light weight and don't last very well. Duff coils squat very quickly. Skyjacker is usually a little more expensive but I think it's worth it. I know nothing about pro-comp but I know a few guys that seem happy with them. If your going to be doing some serious wheeling than buy quality. If it going to be a road queen then it doesn't really matter. They will all work.

The new style Superlift brackets are quite a bit stronger than the old style. They still don't compare to the Skyjacker or the Duff brackets though.
