do fullsize radius arms for the 78-79 bronco work on the ranger frame? I'm doing my Sas using a waggy Dana 44 with the weld on wedges

They have ones that work with c-channel frames. I, along with several others, have used them.

Yes, the Duff arms will work. you will get the Bronco arms, but they will go on a ranger.
