I'm considering lifting my 92 after I get my 302 swap done (swap is in a different truck, lifted truck would maintain 4.0)), and thinking about the James Duff kits. Does anyone have any advice/experience with their kits?

I was reading back through the forum, and saw people mentioning issues with hiems. Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly is that, and what issues do they create?

If you go with a Duff kit, find an older one or go with a Stage I lift.

If you want extended arms, build your own, or Just buy a Skyjacker Class II lift.

I will NOT recommend any other manufactures for TTB lifts.

Duff kits are top notch. I would run one in an instant. I know a guy that has over 30K miles on his Duff kit with no problems. I don't agree with their shocks but they work.
It is true that after they made the 2,500 mile move from Washington to Tennessee they had to work the bugs out. All of the "kids" they had working for them are now gone and they are once again turning out top notch fabrication. I have been to their shop many times and am impressed at how they turn out their products. Look forward to their new RBV products that they have in development.
Feel free to call and talk to Bryan or Troy, they will help you all they can.
