JoeyB thanks a ton for the pictures! That deff looks like the duffs would work...Ill go crawl under mine in a few to compare, check and make sure they would be far enough away from the TTB bracket on the rear of the crossmember

How about where the header is in relation to the oil pan/engine crossmember? you used the dual sump right?

I like the idea of keeping the stock F-150 clutch setup; should make it easier and cheaper whenever its time for replacement parts. That and the fact that going with the long tubes will end up costing me about the same as it would to do the Willwood setup with new slave, lines, and fittings(once i sell my headmans).

SO i'm Thinking i might give Duff a call Monday morning when i get off of work:icon_cheers:

Let me try to get a few more photos for you. It's raining out right now and I have our other car in the garage. Hopefully tomorrow I can get some photos for you. The engine cross member is not at all a problem for me. My truck is a lot older (87) so I'm not sure if your truck is different. I am using a dual sump.

Thanks man.:icon_thumby: Our 4x4s are the same as far as the crossmember goes.
An yeah i've learned not to skimp when it comes to exhaust. My '99 F150 ate them up like a fat kid & M&Ms :icon_rofl: was a royal PITA on the 4.6

One more thing. If you do buy the headers from Duff spend the money for good gaskets. Don't waste your time with the gaskets that come with the headers.:fie:

that is true for all headers, a $500 set of headers will come with the same p.o.s. paper gaskets a $90 set of headers comes with. i prefer the 3-layer aluminum gaskets

Right on brother!
I hate changing header gaskets!
