Ya know... I eat one piece of pumpkin pie every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. My mom likes pumpkin roll so I usually have a slice of that too.

But after that... I'm done with pumpkin. I don't get all the hype.

yeah, I like pumpkin pie but this year the 'ol glucose meter is telling to slow down.

Never had the latte thing. I'm way to picky on my coffee for that.

This is totally off topic, but I was looking for that gif a couple weeks ago to respond to someone and had to google it. I found the gif, and also a bunch of interviews with that girl's parents, and they have a bunch of youtube videos and stuff where she talks like an adult and it's supposed to be cute, but it's all staged. People eat it up and apparently it's quite lucrative for them.

When my youngest was a toddler, I had an idea to set up a kiosk outside the DMV to rent him out. The DMV ladies were always super nice to me when I had him with, so I figured that's something people would pay for. I wasn't serious, but some people took it that way, holy cow! Anyway it looks like I might have just been ahead of my time.

Back on topic, my pumpkin intake consists of a couple of pieces of pie throughout the fall, made by my Mom. We lost her to cancer in January, so the pumpkin intake will probably drop to zero. I much preferred Eier Pie anyway. At least that's what my family always called it, I think it's just custard pie. Never understood the pumpkin spice frenzy, but somebody must like it or they wouldn't make any money and it would just fade away.

I feed my dogs pumpkins when they get the squirts. A lot of fiber, helps keep their butts from leaking.

That's it I ban you all to the basement. I love pumpkin pie, so much I have it on my birthday instead of cake. Homemade of course, my wife even makes these pumpkin bars that are heaven on a sheet pan. As far as all the candy's, and coffees, I dont touch them though.
