The drivers side came off easy with a 1/2 drive ratchet. the passenger side had to have some persuasion with a breaker bar. Also the factory bolts would not fit through the opening in the new shackle so I had to spend $17.00 at the hardware store for all new bolts, nuts, and washers. It was just as well cause I couldn't see reusing the old ones! Also the new shackle grommets would not fit in the upper receiver, so I had to bend the outer tabs out to get it to slide in, and a little hammer work helped too! Overall I got 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" inches of lift with the "lowering" shackles. Let me know if you have any questions. Hope this helps:icon_thumby:

How much those cost? Where can I get some? How do I install? and will it work with stock suspension?

they are at pepboys, they were like 15-30 dollars when i saw them there.

I got mine at Auto zone for 39.00 but a had 10.00 dollars on my AZ card so the only cost me $29.00! Plus say $17.00 for the new hardware cause the factory bolts you take off wont fit through the new shackle holes. Just follow the instructions on the box, and yes they will work with your stock suspension.

I like how the box said "lowering shackles". But yet, you used them to raise the rear end.

Good looking rig.

You know if you stop and think about it, lowering shackles makes sense, because it lowers the springs to lift the truck. But since everyone thinks it means lowering for the truck its kinda stupid lOL
