Got one of these?

When I put a TBI unit on my truck I threw away the inertia switch. My set-up now has a relay that power the fuel pumps whenever my keyswitch is turned on in the forward direction, controled by the computer though. But my set-up may not be the safest way to go.

yes, i have reset it and bypassed the switch, anybody no what color the power wire for the pump is? i have the evtm's for both 90 and 94 models but the dont go over the fuel pump

ok so i check the relay connections again and i have power to only one terminal i guess this is hot at all times cause it has power regardless if the key is on or off any ideas? checked all grounds and all are good, but the only thing not pluged in is the a/c wot relay still have to find where to splice that wire in to the original a/c heater harness:icon_confused:also i am not getting power to either of the two terminals on the inertia switch #@$%

All factory relays are ground controlled, meaning one terminal will remain hot at all times (power in from battery), one will have hot when key is on(power to the coil to activate relay), one will have ground with key on and relay removed (power out to accessory when relay is installed and activated), and a terminal will show ground (coming from computer to activate relay). Check your fuel pump relay with relay removed and see if you have these powered with repect to each terminal. If you do, jump the power in from battery to the output to the pump. If this works, then replace the relay. If you have no response coming from computer, then you have a connection problem from computer to relay, If you have a inertia switch power problem, you have a problem at your ignition switch, as the inertia switch run in this order....battery(fuse/distribution box) to ignition switch to inertia switch to fuel pump relay to pump...Try this and see if it helps
