Sure enough, I ran into stubborn rivets that didn't want to pop out after I grinded the heads off. Propane/mapp gas and the air hammer wouldn't even do a thing.

We'd be talking about getting a real torch for awhile, and decided this was the time to do it. Before going out and buying an acetylene torch my mom ran across this at a garage sale this morning!

Sure enough... an acetylene torch!

$50!

Great deal, looks like newer hoses too! I lucked out and got my set from my grandpa.

still enough gas in the tanks to finish up the truck??

Came with the cart and nice long hoses too, nice!

Yep, actually came with a set of new hoses that we installed today! The tanks aren't full, but enough to finish the BII!

I'm stoked to heat some metal tomorrow!

That looks like a good deal! Nice find.

All the diaframs good in the regulators and all that? Got myself a good classic 225 amp Marquette stick welder from an auction for $50.... wish I had an acetylene set up though. Good fine man!
