Is this normal?

All those spots on the clutch face are "hot spots"... the disc itself also appears to be glazed over in one of the photos. Means clutch was or had been slipping.

post a couple good pictures of the flywheel too.

Are you replacing the flywheel or plan to have it resurfaced?

Defiantly been slipping... you need to have it resurfaced or replace it.

Also.....do I need lock tight on anything. Slave or otherwise?

O man. I cant budge those bolts. All I have is a 18 Ryobi impact and it isn't doin anything!!

Try a fully charged battery...

If they won't come with the impact... you will probably have to rent a flywheel turner and get out the breaker bar.

Ok. Do I need lock tight on anything? Slave cylinder bolts appears to have lock tight on it

The flywheel bolts have loctite from the factory too.... probably why they won't budge.

With loctite... More is not always better,

Remember a dab will do ya....

you can use almost any piece of steel with 2 holes in it to hold the flywheel.
a double ended box wrench is my favorite.
one end is bolted to an outer hole on the flywheel, the other to a hole in the block, whichever one fits.
the bolts don't even have to be a precise fit or torqued down.

200 lbs of torque at the flywheel bolts will only yield 60-80 at the outer edge of the flywheel so the "tool" doesn't have to be too substantial.
set it up to pull, not push, for best results.

get a 1/2 bar & socket on the bolt head and give it a long steady pull

yeah, the surface of that flywheel is shot, if there is a step from the shiny part to the dirty part that isn't helping the clutch engagement, I had a flywheel wear out once before, it was a cheap chinese replacement...
