I got this kit from a guy for trade on a deer stand. He says this is all that came with the kit, but I think other wise. All that came with it is front springs that are 4" taller than stock and rear blocks that are like 3". That was it. No drop brackets or anything. Can this kit be put on with out all those brackets that drop the radius arms and what not. Any input would be appreciated!

it will wack out the geometry of the steering and you'll never be able to get the alinement right without drop brackets

well that sucks! I prolly cant just buy the brackets either can i?

Yea Rough Country sells the brackets for around $200 including the radius arm brackets. But if you're really gonna beat on it, I would suggest the Skyjacker brackets which are available on here, altho much pricier.
