How hard would it be to replace a quarter window seal on a fixed window on a 2000 Ranger extended cab?

Why do you need to replace the seal?

you are aware that the seal is moulded to the glass and the assembly actually retained by four studs, there are little 11/32" nuts inside the cab behind the interior panel.

If it's leaking make sure the nuts are tight... this is a problem on Aerostar quarter glass the nuts work loose and the window assembly leaks.

If it's because of a weathered looking seal you'll need to replace the
entire glass/seal assembly.
