Is the Automatic transmission T-case the same as a manneul transmission t-case?
I have a spare parts truck with a t-case but the truck is an automatic and my running good truck is a stick shift are they interchangeable?

Yes assuming they both from the same years. 83-89 had 1350s, in 1990 the 1354 started. The only difference is the 1354 has a fixed front output yoke and the 1350 has a slip yoke but both will bolt up to any RBV transmission. Also be aware if it is a 1350, 83-87 used SAE bolts, 88+ used metric bolts.

There is ONE "gotcha," but it's a rare case.

Manual-shift 1354s have different shifters for manual vs. automatic transmissions.

Really? I got a 1354 manual from a 1996 truck with the manual trans, and the shifter linkage bolted right up to my 1998 automatic trans.
