Your going to laugh... That's a MASSIVE Catalytic Converter!!!! Someone had taken off the stock one beneath the manifold, so they welded up this MASSIVE beast where the muffler is supposed to go! Haha!

Here in VA, you HAVE to have a cat, but not a muffler.

I've got a Flowmaster 40 that'll be bolted/welded up here soon.
