My ranger is 22 years old and there is some mechanical issues that need to be fixed by a mechanic like when i turn my tires to the left i still feel a slow vibrating feeling even after spending a little over $2,000 at firestone less than 1 year ago.

My parking brake pedal sometimes skips or doesn't set completley at one time.

I have been hearing a louder sound coming from the passenger rear when im braking that sound started recently like 1 week ago.

If anyone has any advice or tips they can share them with me

When you say vibrating, is that when you're rolling through a left hand turn or do you mean turning the wheel to the left when you're stopped? How rapid is the vibration? Like a slow pulsating feeling or something fast that makes a noise?

I don't know exactly how the foot pedal parking brake mechanism works but I'm thinking that if your brake shoes are shot in back, that might explain both the parking brake and the noise in back.

Oh and to your question "is it old?"
My answer is "if it works it's not too old"

I mean when im turning the front 2 wheels to left at a slow speed and the vibration is a slow pulsating feeling.

I will ask my local mechanic here in puyallup to check my rear brake shoes. Maybe with new rear brake shoes i will get a fixed parking brake and no more noise in the back.

My lights for my cruise control on the left side of my steering wheel went out - How easy is it to change those light bulbs and how easy is it to change to light bulb for my battery gauge ??

I'm not a pro mechanic and maybe someone else will chime in here pretty quick but slow pulsation while turning sounds to me like maybe loose lug nuts, poorly mounted wheel (maybe crust/rust/dirt/debris where the wheel sits on the disc or hub), bad tire or bad tire/wheel combo, or possibly a dragging brake although I would think you'd feel a pulsation in the brakes at other times too.

Is your truck old? It depends on who ask. Some people consider a vehicle that is 10 years as being old and others consider a 30 year old vehicle old.
