WHY DO I KEEP BUYING DODGES?!?!?
Hello, I am planning a trip to the local U-Pull (love that place!) and was searching their price guide since its sort of like a grocery store almost, but with wheelbarrows instead of shopping carts and flat prices regardless of make and model. I noticed on their price list that a bedliner is $16.00 used but on the off chance I DID happen to find a bedliner and it WAS in good condition would one out of an older ranger fit inside a 1999 short box that isn't styleside? Obviously the bodypanels for an '88, a 98, etc are different but from what I've seen of bedliner inserts, they're generally strait sided and whatnot, so I wonder if the INTERIOR dimensions (between wheelwells, distance from front of box to the tailgate, height from bed to top of box) would be the same. None of the Rangers listed on their site are newer than 92 (they're all between 87-92).

Inside bed dimensions are the same, however the tailgate panels changed in '93. The tailgate piece may not fit. Also, over-the-rail liners may not fit real well, but under-rail ones should fit fine.
