Is 2.9 wiring on a 1990 and a 1992 ranger

I bought a 1990 ford ranger for body parts,and a 1992 ranger drive train.I was going to use the bed and front end.Now I'm thinking about using the cab also.Does anyone know if the wiring is the same . The 1990 had a 2.3 , and the 1992 has a 2.9.Is there any tricks or suggestions for switching the cab?

just use the entire wiring harness from the truck with the drivetrain u wanna use
