I Need Advice . 98 RANGER 2.5L4L.
5 mo ago I took to A and L COMPLETE AUTO CARE I have told Louis do whatever it takes to repair my truck 5 months later It's still in the same position. Well he tells me the wires are burned and oily WTF he saying he has been looking at the pick a part for the wiring harness Can I Should l get it repaired or sell it for parts

Welcome to the site. Has he been using carpart.com? I think that is a site that lists parts from junk yards all over the country.
I doubt you will ever find a new harness for a Ranger that old. The other way to repair it is to make your own wiring harness from scratch. That's time consuming. Only you can decide if you want to repair it or not. The rest of us don't know the overall condition of the truck. But I drive a 93 and I really like it.
