So I recently swapped a 4.0 in my '90BII, from a '90 Ranger, working great, but...
The tach worked fine before, and fine after for the first little while.
The tach will work on startup most of the time, then will drop down to 0 after a few minutes of driving/idling. It has a few times jumped back up and started working while Im driving it.
It has no relation to bumps in the road or any wire wiggle tests....does anyone have a clue or have a schematic so i can find the right wire and do some testing?
thank you kind sirs'
