Here it is as of a few months ago:

I will consider it rare because I have never seen this interior mix on a Ranger from a dealer before, I am the second owner.

A little insight, my truck was assembled in PA, the parts were shipped to the dealership and it was sold there.

just as a note, the front of the entire truck is solid as rock, its the last few feet that are bad, if I end up with enough money, I will just replace the back 5' of frame =P
