2.3's weigh a little bit more then you think...

My bad, that ~300 lbs was for a duratec, the lima motors weigh:

Ford 2.3 Lima/Pinto L4 418 (2) (also 2.0, 2.5)
Ford 2.3 Lima/Pinto L4 450 (2) (turbo)

so a hundred or more pounds than a duratec, still, the 4bt is a healthy 300 pounds + on the 2.3.
