interchangable shocks

I just purchased a 91 ranger and i believe it has the original shocks on it and they are worn out. What year range will work with a 91 truck? Thanks

Are you looking to just pull some off another truck or just buy new ones? You should be able to just look it up by year.

money is a little tight so I was going to try and pull some off of another truck.

I'd start by looking for another 2wd Gen. II ranger(89-92). Earlier and later models might work, at least up to 97 when they stopped using TTB, but if you can, stick with another Gen II ranger. I also needed shocks on a budget and went to my local pick n pull. I picked up just the front shocks which looked to be almost new for only six dollars a piece.

f-150 1993 are exact same exept I think they are stiffer
