Insurment cluster swap problems

Well I just swapped an instrument cluster out of a '93 that has a tach into my '94. The tach does not work. After my frustrations and it doesn't work that has made me not to happy... So any ideas here at all?

Check to see if you wired it correctly first. Second, did the tack work before it was removed?

Yeah I feel like an idiot now. Apparently I didn't have it plugged in good... But its working now! It was a good evening tach and blue leds in. My truck is slowly looking better.

so could i use a ford exployer sport cluste (white backing) in my 2001 ford ranger?

what year ford exployer cluster should i be looking for?

i want a more sportier look to the dash.
