Hi have a 2008 Ranger 2.3 that I want to install an Audio Vox vaccuum cruise control on. Trouble is the info only goes up to 1995. I have every thing hooked up except the wire to the Tach wire. I can't find any recent info for the colour of the tach wire. There is no tan and yellow(older models say that that is the colour) wire that I can find in the wiring harnesses in my truck, so I'm stumped as to what and where that wire is.

New Ford Speed Control Kit with steering wheel. I believe it fits 2004-2005 Ford Rangers. Please check before bidding

part# is 4L5Z-9A818-BAA. Some of the plastic packages were opened but the kit was never installed. All of the parts

are in the kit Thank you.

I am not sure if it will work on your 2008, but at least there is a factory retrofit kit out there.

it was sold on ebay. Here is the link....it will work until ebay takes it down:

Most newer Fords come with most of the cruise stuff already... couple minor things and a little computer work and it all works like it was meant to.

Dunno why you would buy a new truck and hack it up with an aftermarket cruise control...
