Insert image / drag drop inop on project forums.

Looks like the "insert image" function has not been re-enabled in the project forums.

What are the project forums? I don't see any place in the forum where you can't upload an image.

Build thread/member showcase section, bottom left of the text window only has "insert quotes", the "Attach files" tab is missing.

For all 3 of those forums or just one of them? I can see it, but I'm the Admin. Sometimes I might see things others can't.

Looking into it more I only see it in the 2019+, the other two are missing it.
