I'm hoping no praying that some one out there has experience with a Saturn SC1 1994 TAAT Trannie! I have no reverse and I think I boiled it down to the input shaft nut. It may need to be tightened or replaced. has any one ever worked on this before? Oh, and yes I have been to every Saturn forum known to man kind. Hence my return to the best freeken site of all time!(this one man!)

I dont have MUCH experience with them, but I will take a look in a manual I have, and chat w/ a friend who works at a tranny shop.

IM me so I dont forget to get back to you!

From what i remember they are kinda like a Honda unit and they have a shift fork for reverse in side, so either the fork is broke or the acuator not working correctly. I believe the nut(mainshaft nut) you refer to is for second and reverse so if that was loose you wouldnt have 2 gear either.
