I'd like to see a '98-11 SAS kit. There is no kit available at all for the '98-'11 trucks that I know of (and never has been)... This when they are the ones that really would benefit from a SAS kit too.
('95-'01 Explorers are the same thing, so that market would get covered as well)
Include a mounting bracket to fit a commonly available steering box such as the '80-'97 Ford box ("D9" box, I think it is?). To help keep kit costs down, don't include the box, as they are easy enough to source from a wrecker or elsewhere.
What axle to have it fit is going to be a tough choice.
There's obviously the very abundant Jeep D30, however under anything but a small reg-cab truck, this axle is not likely to fare well.
Suitable D44s are getting harder to find (the EB D44 is almost all but dried up), and narrowing a F-150 D44 (though it has additional benefits) may be more work than some want to deal with. Waggy D44s need extra work as well unless someone doesn't mind having leaf springs.
I suspect some options may be needed for different axle fitments if it's to be a good seller.
(one option might be to include Jeep-style brackets you weld to the axle directly, allowing you to fit a wide variety of axles).
