Well this portion isn't perfect. If you squint (sorry for the crappy camera phone I took this picture with) you can see where the vent WAS. I may go back and redo it depending on how the shadowing plays out after its all put back together... Or if I just stare at it long enough it will make me itch enough to make it perfect.

Looks pretty good to me. Maybe you can get away with hitting it with a little more texture spray to hide any lines.
