I'm sure I got a short.

Today I met my first Ranger owner that already knew about TheRangerStation.

I was driving my brother Larry around doing errands. We drove past a house that had two Rangers and a Mazda b something or another out front. I made a mental note to remember the house and Street.

So after I dropped my brother Larry off. I drove back down the street and was lucky enough to see a guy out blowing leaves in the yard well driveway actually.

So I stopped and we had a conversation. His name is Steve and he seems to be an all right guy a little standoffish.
But I can understand him being a little standoffish I mean I pulled up in front of his house stop and got out and wanted to talk to him out of nowhere.

He didn't tell me if he was actually a member of TheRangerStation or not but he definitely knew about the site. I found it in an interesting meeting.

I have not posted in this thread in a while or given any updates on my truck in anyway really.
So I figured I would now.

I'm still broke so, so is my truck.

I have started really looking for a regular job however.

I think once I get some income going I will buy a vacuum modulator for my transmission and try it before I do anything else with the transmission.

I'm hoping that well fix the slipping problem.

I'm sure as long as I get the right vacuum modulator, once it's changed it will tell me if I have to go the next step and find someone who can rebuild my transmission.

Now to something else.
I've decided to go ahead and make another thread here.
About all the other odd jobs I do.
I will be posting it in the general discussion section of the forums.
Unless someone tells me a better section to put it in.

I've not decided on what I'm going to name the thread as of yet however.

Well that's all I got for this thread for this time around.
Thanks for all the help and support everyone gives me.

That is one thing about amateur radio, it seems that speaking out loud in public (my station has a good antenna) is always a good life skill to keep up with. Your ranger (and others) brothers sometimes not so much. Good luck in life & with that transmission! Happy New Year too. I'm sure that those other "Rangerites" were glad to run into you.
