Gotta love you guys for your passion for wheels.
what I find interesting is that engineers. (f--king ass holes) go 80% and we solve the last 20% . that is cool. !!!!

Any thing to get around design obslesance. (f--king engineeres):annoyed:
Okay, enough rants for know. (f--king engineeres):annoyed: OK, sorry can't help it. (f--king engineeres):annoyed: sorry can't help it.

O, no here we go again ( f--king engineeres.:headbang:

Ive been a grease monkey for 30 yr.( oops) I mean automotive technician. nar!! to the public were still grease monkeys.

Read your fourm . great info. saves time and money. and on a shoe string budget. thats important.

From a monkeys point of view, who get from point A to point B on the least money is the smartest. .

remember. If I win the lottery. different values. no more grease monkey.

Nar. I`d still be a monkey:headbang:

80.000 on first build.
Going for second re-build but. WAY BETTER. STRONGER. FASTER CHEAPER.
O. YEA RIGHT.

looking forward to the build.

Welcome to TRS fellow Cannuck~

I'm not too fond of engineers sometimes myself but, as they say, if you don't like it, do it yourself...

Perhaps I'm dumb, but your build shows 275 hp...and 375 with 20 psi boost...is that correct? If so, that's pretty impressive...and pics/build specs would be nice...:)

thanks for the welcome.
All so I belong to http://forum.turboford.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi..

That fourm. if they don't know it . It dosent need to be known.

88 2.3t were 205 hp 15 to 18 psi stock
88 5.0lt ho 225hp

forge piston. forge crank are stock .
250- 275 hp t3t4 turbo with the common upgrades. 18- 22 psi
remeber flow is important to. not just psi.

500 hp to 1200hp with right upgrades 30- 35psi

remember formula one 64 cu.in turbo or 1lt 900hp .
or some thing like that

will send pictures.

Welcome to the site, fellow British Columbian! Your truck sounds rad.

I own one ford 85 ranger with 88 t-bird motor up-graded

I was just showing that 275hp in 2.3t not unusual

Used 5.0 as a ref. to hp back then.

Will send pic . once I figure out how.

complete re-build 8yrs ago

80.000 still run good

3rd and 5th little bearing noise

At 40.000 did a lean run. scored a piston and had moring knock , now it knocks all the time, still drivable

doesn't burn oil

she is not that pretty. Is grandma pretty??
