I'm new to the interior stuff and had a few questions

First of all, what would be the best way to do a rebel flag headliner on a 1998 extended cab ranger? And Second of all, what would be the best kind of red paint to paint the plastic parts of the interior with?

for the headliner I'd look in our tech section and substitute the material for a actual rebel flag for the paint any plastic paint will work it's all in the prep.
