So.. after finding literally nothing for decent standard 4x4 Rangers to my liking (in my price range anyways), I had decided to give up and keep my car. The plan was to save up over the winter and eventually get another older ranger to have as a project truck/winter DD. Then i could have an older project, and still have my shiny car :P

BUT! I guess my old truck was going up for sale, and my mother decided to swing and get it back for me as an insane Christmas present! :yahoo: I had sold it to my aunt's boyfriend after the spider gears went and i decided i needed something with a little less kms than my truck had for a main vehicle. I had planned to get another ranger in the future and continue on with that one, but i really regretted getting rid of that old beast. Was a good truck, just needed the rear end fixed and i didnt really want to drop 500 on the rear end when it still needed minor touchups after my accident.

The truck comes with a '86 parts truck which has the same everything as my truck. Everything i guess is good on it but it has a cracked block, so im going to take that axle and swap it out for mine. Other than that, good 'ol Rambo is good to go just as i had it before! :D It even has a bumper this time haha The current owner had planned to swap the axles off the 2 trucks, but never got to it.

Im damn pumped to get it back!! Then it can actually be a project truck and i have my car to fall back on as i do stuff :P

Good. Are you going to torch the Pontihack? I would either do that, or sell it cheap to a needy family.

haha Its a good car. Im gonna keep it and have it sitting in the driveway covered while i run the truck. Car runs strong and looks pretty good with the few things ive done to it. And this way i can treat the truck as more of a project and not have to worry about gas mileage as much, or be out of luck when i want to fix/improve something.
