Yeah... still here.

Look what I found.

I quit hanging out here maybe 4-5 years ago due to selling my '89. Drove a couple of... um, Chevies. Found this last night. A remarkably intact '93 Sport with 112K.

Looks like I have good reason to hang here again.

It's a 4-cyl, 5 speed. I'll like the fuel economy for my commute. I'll try to post some non-blurry pics later. Nice truck, but I want to do a few things for it (fix the headliner, get a toolbox, etc.)

I think I remember seeing your forum name here when I used to post BITD...

So far, I think the truck is gonna be mostly stock... for now. This truck is so original. I think it must have been owned by old people who never changed a thing. It still has the stock tape deck in the dash (which is not even cracked, BTW.)

Intake/exhaust might be fun, maybe rims, but I'm not wanting to get too carried away with this rig for now.

I had one of those, only green. I loved that thing. Would probably still have it if it had AC. Two summers in Ohio liked to killed me, so I moved on. I thought the 4-cyl and 5-speed was a great combination.

Nice clean rig. How about some interior pics?

Need to update those flag mirrors to '06-up standard.

<--------- You need to fix your gray-box info now.

Wow, I saw the name and thought I recognized the avatar or whateveratar it is...I think I remember you but I'd have to see some old posts that I don't have time to dig up right now...so...

Welcome back...nice little truck...I hope you're not too tall because those regular cabs are not meant for anyone over 5'2"...but I drove one for two years...blah, blah, blah...still have the scars...lol

I'm right at 6' and I've had my B2500 shorty single for almost 8 years. My head has been whacked against the door frame and/or back of the cab so many times I'm surprised I don't have permanent dain bramage.:tease:

LOL...I can relate to that...but the brain damage is noticeable on me...whether it's from the door frame, or the rear window glass or a million other shots to the head is a mystery...

I once beaned myself on the top of the head when I misjudged the door frame and tried to pile in quickly to fetch something...I'm pretty sure I forgot what it was I was going in for at the time...and I ended up with a scabbed over split of the skin to remind me...never do that again...:icon_rofl:

I'll post some interior pics soon... real basic, totally stock and w/ the rubber floor mat.

I'm about an even 6 foot... yeah they're a bit tight, but I think of it like an old sports car in that sense. Been having a ball driving this thing on the county roads.

The interior shot. Real original.

Reeeeal original. Anyone have an Ozzy or Rush cassette to lend me?

These are Party Chips! I think I'm gonna leave these on as long as I can.
