where is the eletrical plug part of the ignition switch in a 1994 3.0 4x4 ranger located, and how do i change it?

On my 1993 and the others that I work on it plugs right into the switch which you can get to by taking out the panel on the left hand side.Unscrew the mount screwed into the switch then patiently pry the plug off the switch which is one whole side of the s
witch.

The ignition switch, take off the plastic collar between the steering wheel and the dash and you can see it real well mine has tilt wheel and as you pivot it back and forth you work out the covers top and bottom after you pull the screws out from the bottom and if its to hard to get to don't forget just unbolt the steering column underneath to lower the hole thing down sorry about my reading disorder.
