i have an 86 ranger with a messed up ignition, i want to "hot wire" it to get it outta the woods and hook up a push button start, but i dont know wat wires to connect to do so. or the color codes
 
Don't take offence, but I doubt anyone's going to tell you how to hot wire it, especially as this is your first post.
