ignition switch location?!

I have a 94 ford ranger splash 2.3L, and i have no idea where the ignition switch is located, (not the ignition cylinder lock), can anyone please help me?
 
Its on top of the column, remove the shrouds and you should see it and how it actuates from the key cylinder.

Make sure you disconnect your battery negative especially if you have SRS.
