Hey peoples im looking for a front d shaft for my truck its a reg cab short box 3.0 4wd 5spd, do you know if the tulip style are all the same length?

Yes they should all be the same length, regardless of cab or bed style.

What about rear d-shafts for a reg cab short box 4wd? Any exploder d-shafts work?

For the rear you would have to get one from any 98+ reg cab short box 4x4. I'm pretty sure explorer shafts will not work for you.
