When I am driving and I come to a stop,the engine idle stays at around 1000 rpm then fluctuates for about 20 sec. Then drops to setpoint idle at 850 rpm and then stays steady.I ve checked for vacuum leaks and found none.It dosen't do this when I have the A/C on, it goes right to idle off of throttle.Is it a possiblity that the ECM computer is causing the surging idle?
