Idle problems

Have a 96 Ranger XLT 2.3L man trans that suddenly has a very rough idle when cold, when it warms up it idles fast. Otherwise it runs great. Plugged a neighbors OBD tester in and got a P0222 and a P2506 fault code. Have no idea what they mean. Any ideas or suggestions?

P0222 indicates a throttle position sensor problem or its wiring.

I can't find anything on a P2506.
