idle issues

ok the computer reads o2 sensor problems i changed them all out and my 1997 4.0 ranger still idles way to low and when in drive waiting at a light the idle will jump and almost die if not die any suggestions to even out this issue
 
Check your idle air control motor if you have one.
 
vacuum leak would cause it to idle high, but run rough. i would pull the idle control motor off and clean it real well with a can of carb cleaner
