When I rev the engine to 2k the rpms take a nose dive to 300 when i let off the gas. Its been doing that for the past month. I changed the plugs, wires and TPS two months before this started happening.

Try cleaning the IAC valve, but more than likely, you will have to replace it.

Is this just in neutral or also while you are accelerating? When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

No CEL or codes. I went to the auto parts store and got some throttle body clean to clean the IAC, haven't gotten to it yet. It does it in neutral, but it maybe whats causing my bucking issue while shifting. no matter how much i rev 1500, 3000rpms mostly the same resolute. Havent changed the fuel filter; the truck has 76k miles on it bought it with 74k. prob hasn't been changed.
