Picked up this lift at the junkyard today off a second gen Ranger.

The beam drop brackets are 5.5" of drop.

It had a Skyjacker sticker on the back window.

Anybody know for sure what brand this stuff is?

looks exactly like my skyjacker stuff.

Umm, dude, that's a drop plate. Def not Skyjacker. Try Rancho or rough country.

Could also be a Trailmaster.

Not tuff country...they usually have the slotted eccentric on the bracket. (atleast the newer ones do)

Rough country and trailmaster are only a 4" kits and shouldnt come with 2 holes drilled for different lift heights.

I remember buying a skyjacker economy kit back in the day that had the drop plate for the passenger side beam, but I cant remember if the drivers side bracket looked like that. Needless to say, I quickly returned it and bought the heavy duty brackets that they only offer now.

My Vote is superlift 5.5" with skyjacker coils....

Tuff Country is the one with a slotted eccentric alignment cam, never heard or seen Trailmaster brackets having this feature.

I'm guessing its an early version of Skyjacker's kit.

I'd like to know as well, my truck has the same kit in it, but the PO said it came with a Superlift sticker AND it had Superlift shocks on it when I first got it as well.

Your right....i typed the wrong thing. Too many things goin through my mind at the time.

All others are 4"... superlift and skyjacker are the only ones that made 6". Its one of the two. Either way, as said before, be careful it doesnt puncture a hole in your diff.

I see the problem now. I will see if I can get the new bracket like you have. Thanks for the pics.

A better pic:

That kit above has a rounded notch in the top center of the drop plate... Trying to remember who's kit that was a feature of. :icon_confused:
I'm gonna say it's a very old Skyjacker Econo kit, or an older Superlift kit (when they still used the drop plate).
